• No Sharing: Your subscription is personal and non-transferable. Account sharing is not permitted.

4. Refund Policy

All purchases of paid tiers on Pynex are final and non-refundable. We provide Phase 1 of our curriculum completely free of charge so that you may fully evaluate the quality, rigor, and depth of the course material before making a purchase decision. Once you upgrade, you receive instant, non-retractable access to proprietary high-value codebases, books, and interactive challenges.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, including text, code, images, and videos, is owned by Pynex. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any course material without written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, redistribute, or resell course content
• Use automated tools to scrape or download content
• Attempt to circumvent access controls or payment systems
• Use the Platform for any illegal or harmful purpose

7. Limitation of Liability

Pynex provides educational content on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as job placement, salary increases, or career advancement. Learning outcomes depend on individual effort and application.

8. Modifications
